Fantastic value for money. Went as a group of 4 lads, got the apartment on Terez Korut 25, basic apartment as expected but amazing value - 3 double beds + a sofa, kitchen, bathroom. Best feature was location - really central, brilliant place for nightlife, couldn't fault it. Didn't really use any of the kitchen equipment but all looked ok, working fridge for keeping beers in :) Arranged airport transfer with Edgar which was good value & also a good laugh! Overall brilliant place to stay in Budapest.
Could do with a fan in the room as it was warm and with the windows open there was quite a lot of road noise at night.

Apartment location is always very good. Edgar is the best, he helps and takes care of everything.

This is my second stay and this time we were offered Hojas Utca 13-15. The flat was even better, cosy and cute at an excellent location, right accross the Opera Building; the facilities were ample and Edgar was helpful as ever. The Apartments Opera will again be my first choice, on my next visits to Budapest.
Considering the weather conditions, the apartment could have been pre-heated; it took us about two days to bring the place to an acceptable warmth.

The location was very good. The bathroom was good...for European standards
The mop in the bucket, in a corner of the bathroom was a turnoff. Bedroom was poorly furnished. None of the bed linens matched..the pillows were small. There was a portable rack type clothes dryer right next to the bed with bed clothing hanging from it. Minimal kitchen utensils.

Located in the downtown (district 6) area, and close to pretty much everything. This is a very good budget alternative for people who visits budapest. The apartment has everything you could possibly need. Offers airport pickup with an informative and helpful staff for a good price as well. The apartment is just a few meters from the opera house with bars, restuarants, 24/7 supermarket, atm and nearest metrostation. Highly recommended
We were 3 guys and only got one set of keys, which sometimes was a problem if we would split up somewhere. Sometimes a little too much of cold water in the shower. Overall not much negative to say.

Be aware, this is not an apertment block, or small hotel. Of cause there is no reception - only phone calls. The administrator find an apartments on your request, so if you can, for example, book two for the group of 5 people, there might be in a distance.
